My primary interests involve utilising multimodal MRI methods to better understand the biology of brain tumours and their microenvironment.
Past research projects have involved combining diffusion tensor imaging, perfusion-weighted imaging and MR-spectroscopy to identify regions of interest that may be responsible for treatment failure of glioblastoma. My current research is focused on using DTI tractography and arterial spin labelling to identify imaging features associated with loss of visual function in children with optic pathway gliomas.
